Protein smoothie

Do you also love smoothies? For breakfast, lunch or just in between. It tastes like dessert, while it is packed with nutrients. Creamy, sweet and refreshing! This colorful smoothie owes its purple color to the many berries (antioxidants!) in it. And to promote your protein intake, add a scoop of Beyuna Protein!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 30 g Beyuna Protein

  • 350 ml (vegetable) yogurt or milk

  • 1 banana

  • 100 g strawberries

  • 75 g blueberries

  • 50 g blackberries

  • 50 g raspberries

PREPARATION METHOD

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix for about a minute. Tip: if you opt for frozen fruit, the smoothie will become slightly thicker. Do you think the smoothie is too thick? Then add a little water or milk. Fill two large glasses and enjoy!
